In layman's term, basically yes. Thats why a special kimd of stlus id needed thay conducts current to work on ipad screen.

Now i know. Thanks. Its kinda funny and embarrassing to say this but believe it or not. I tried peeling off my skin from my fingers to try if it would still work on my pad.. Hahahaha
