How long does Apple take to recognize that you have set up a rescue email account. We need to get new security questions and have set up the rescue email (which has been verified by Apple) but the line: "email new security questions etc" does not appear at the bottom of the "Security Questions" area. We set up a rescue email account about 24 hours ago.
