How to add Date to top of page with Time?

Location is set but what do I set the Date/Time wheel.

If you are talking about putting a date in the status bar (the thin line across the top of the iPad), then I'm afraid you can't on a stock iPad. If your iPad was jail broken, then there are some tweaks that do what you want - but nothing for stock. Sorry.

Today Clock

I use a nice little free app called Today Clock that puts the day and date in the notification center - the pull down at the top of the screen. Give it a try, should satisfy what you're looking for.

POI: The Calendar app's icon always shows the current date and day. If you keep it in the icon bar at the bottom it will always be visible on your home screen.
