How to call from ipad using the gsm

Is there a app that can help me call from iPad or see SMS or send SMS?

I've used text+ for sending SMS from my iPad to other devices using wifi. (I'm assuming it would work if your iPad is connected to 3G)/ The app uses data.

Haven't had to use the phone call thing tho. I'm good with the iPhone 4 for that stuff.

Talkatone app. You have a get a free google voice account though. Works perfectly.
