How to download an app twice

I have 2 email addresses on Comcast. I want to download the Xfinity app a 2nd time so I can review both email accounts during the day,delete the junk, and then only have the actionable email downloaded when I get home.

Can I download an app a 2nd time and if so how or is there an app that will sync with my email so I can review and delete or respond to emails and have it sync?
