How to download movies to the IPAD 2

Good day friends. Can someone please advise how to download and save movies from torrent sites to the IPAD 2. Is there a step by step process out there?

Assuming the torrents are legal, just run them through conversion software such as FormatFactory.

If the torrents are not legal, they can't be talked about here.
