How to email a page link

On my Mac laptop,when I find an interesting article somewhere on the web, I can just click on "send a page." Is there any way to do this on iPad?
I don't like to send a page from within a site because they always want you to register and it's an extra bother to do that rather than just simply sending a page.

Thanks for your reply, however I am trying to send the actual web page, not a link to the page. Any ideas? I do this easily on my laptop, and it's nice because the receiver doesn't have to click through, the page I want them to see is just there.

Edited to say I found what I was looking for in the button with arrow through it
