How to fix disabled ipad without pc or iTunes

Hi my ipad has been disabled for millions of mins. I don't have access to pc due to cable problem. Can anyone plz help me to enable it?
Is there any way to enable it without pc or iTunes or I cloud? Only by using the hardware buttons?

If you erase your device using Find my iPad, you don't have to connect it to a computer.

It can be done from any computer with an Internet connection. Just log into your account at iCloud.com, go to find my iPhone and remotely ease your device.

You will need a computer that has iTunes installed. I personally think it's quicker.
