I'm sorry but I don't understand what you're trying to say, can you give us more info to go by?
The IPad Forum is a community of members from all walks of life and from all over the world coming together to share our experiences and to help each other learn about this wonderful piece of technology the Ipad. There is a wealth of information already here in the many threads we have so doing some searches will answer most of the questions you have. If then you cannot find the answer you are seeking then by all means post your question. There are many friendly and informed members here only too willing to help you.
Some pages contains elements which triggers an action e.g. roll out menu items or shows popup if you mouse over them. On touch devices without a mouse this is not possible so he wants to know how to overcome it
Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Try this page for example - http://itsk.sk. If you would mouse over the top menu (the gray one) the sub menu bellow would change. If you tap and hold on iPad a context menu will appear so no chance how to mouse over :-( If you click on it, the menu bellow will change but page is refreshed so it's useless. So I would say no real hover on touch devices...
