How to Import photos from a pc to ms iPad

I want to Import my photos from my pc to my iPad. Is this passive? If Not, how can i Import it?

There have already been several threads about it (or better the same question has been asked before). The search button in this forum does actually work!

Anyway, if you sync with iTunes on your PC you can enable the foto sync as well.
Alternatively you can buy a camera connection kit and a memory card, copy the photos to that card and connect it in the connection kit.
