How to manage applications in iPad?

I wondered that all the applications downloaded through appl. store will be put randomly after the installation

How if I want to manage it to make it separate between games applications and others page by page??

You can arrange your apps with Itunes or drag them around by tapping and holding on the Springboard but that's about it. The interface itself is about as basic as you can get, so selecting a page before downloading isn't something I would hold my breath for.

I tried to connect it to itunes, but i couldn't see any applications contents showed....just music and videos

Any hiden options to see it to be arrange in itunes?
