How to play this game?

I want to start playing this game, but I don't have the resources to do it.

Who can help me?

I want to play something on my music app like SampleTank,
and I want someone to guess what I just played.

I need to be able to record the video on the ipad screen itself as well as the audio.
I would then just post that video clip on this forum and ask the simple question.

I found out that I have to use external video recording to do this, which seems caveman like.

There is illegal display recorder app shown on youtube but they do not record audio.

I'm thinking this is something Apple probably could do so that we can communicate on this forum on another level.

Anyways, please help.
