How to print to Network Workgroup Printer

What ap do you recommend so my daughters Ipad can print to either of my Workgroup Printers. Both printers are business class workgroup multiuser printers and have their print servers on board. They have specific Ip address's and setting them up on a MACBook for example are set up as local printers on IP ports.

Can someone please send me in the right direction.

just the info i need 2 i think. my printer is on my network how can i print 2 it?
