How to proceed with replacement i-Pad

This am Best Buy replaced a defective iPad that would no longer take a charge.

Now, to set it up properly and reinstall everything???

What do I have to do to get i-Tunes to accept the new device and install all purchased apps.

Thanks for any help, warnings, directions and etc

If you have the defective ipad backed up then all you need to do is plug in your new ipad and register it then restore backup. iTunes will ask if what you want to restore from and should show your last backup.

Alternately, you can redownload any app you've previously purchased without being recharged. You can not redownload music without repurchasing though.
