How to restore music library on PC from Ipad

So, due to stupidity, I wiped my PC's bootmanager file and then had to re-install my entire hard disk.

As a result, my Itunes libraries are now empty on my PC, but present on my Ipad. How can I transfer them back onto my PC? I'm worried if I sync, then it will delete everything on the Ipad too.

If you sync you'll lose the stuff. You have to buy a program in order to transfer from the iPad to computer ( a program not an app). Google iPod to iTunes and you should get plenty of programs that can do it.
