how to start with new piece

i have bought new ipad and i dont know how to start it. it is totally blank , only one icon is seen.

OK - no problem. You need to connect it to your PC or Mac with the supplied cable and have the latest version of iTunes on there (you can download it for free from the Apple website). The iPad will automatically initialise itself and, optionally, copy your email settings, calendar, contacts etc across. Takes just a couple of minutes and, then, you're good to go..
