How to sync network drive to ipad

Hi

I was using Dropbox as a means of file sharing and it works brilliantly sitting on my laptop. What I am having to do is copy a network folder to Dropbox and its be owning a chore. I thought we could put it on the server which was fine but you can't sync Dropbox with a networked folder.

Ideally I would like to be able to sync the iPads the sales guys have with one sales folder on our network so that we don't keep having to manually update the Dropbox folder, it's time consuming
