How to sync two ipads with same home screens

Is there a way to sync two separate ipads so that the apps appear on the same home screens? I would like to have the apps stay on specific home screens each time I sync new apps.

Once one screen is full, new apps will be added in the next available space. The good news is that you can move apps around from one screen to another. If there are apps you use frequently, you can even put them at the bottom of the screen and they will remain there even if when you change from one screen to the next. Even though Apple puts certain apps at the bottom of the screen, you can move them off the bottom of the screen and put your own apps down there.
