How to transfer files from PC to iPad

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
I have moved your post to its own thread to enable you to be answered better here. We don't like to interrupt ongoing threads which makes it confusing for our members to follow and is also against our Rules.
This will not work through Bluetooth as its primarily used for connecting headsets and keyboards. This can be done a number of ways but is best through ITunes. Have a look here for your photo needs

What types of files do you have? You will need a corresponding app on your pad to receive them....have a look here
