How to transfer movie/photo to PC without sync via iTunes?

My iPad is jailbroken via JailbreakMe.com,
Its using iOS4.3.3

May i know is there anyway transfer my photo n movie without syncing with iTunes?
Cause i'm afraid if i sync with iTunes, all my jailbroken apps will be gone as well..

Hmm how about movie or video ??
I read something bout iFile,
But not really sure how it work n how to use it ..

The other possibility is to transfer them via the Cloud. All of this should become easier once iOS5 is officially released.

Hmm, iCloud is for Mac computer only right ?? But im using windows :s

You won't lose your jb apps/tweaks when syncin' with iTunes....

But you could use the combo of dropbox+ifile for transferring photos and movies.
