How to use apps / settings on iPad 3 after Jailbreak

Brand new to the jailbreaking thing, but the jailbreak itself went very smoothly.

I am not seeing some of the changes that the Cydia apps say they do, like a colored keyboard and different desktop look.
Also hard to tell which apps work on iPad.

Many of your new Cidia tweaks do not have settings but the ones that do are listed in your stock settings app. Open setting, scroll down and on the left you will see a new section called extensions; many of your Cidia tweaks will be listed there.

I still don't see why the color keyboard app isn't working or the Apple ID fill in app. There are no settings or options for these.

My best guess would be that those apps have not been updated for 6.1 yet. There are a lot of things in cidia that just aren't working yet.

The jail break just got released Monday. A lot (majority?) of developers haven't had access to a jail broken iOS 6 until then. It will take some time for them to update their tweaks to run on the new iOS. All we can do is wait...

And yes, ColorKeyboard and PasswordPilot are two of the tweaks that still need updating.
