How Ya Doin' & 'Downloads HD' Users Question

Hello folks,

Hey, nice place ya got here. I'm here to introduce myself... And have a look around.

I arrived here after recently experiencing problems transferring movies that were downloaded using Downloads HD on iPad 1. After downloading a large number of files, I found I could no longer transfer them in bulk, and most files stopped showing up in the Apps section of iTunes. Anyhoo, I started wondering if I should jb my iPad and find an alternative app. While searching I found this forum, interesting people, excellent tutorials, beautiful themes and a good deal of great info.

I'm a full-time student... Married... No kids... Living in Berkeley. I'm a foodie, and old enough to witness my metabolism change and watch, with some dismay, the blubber grow. I have a small recording studio and someday hope to have time to do something with it.

Related stuff: iPod Touch 4g, 2.4 MacBook pro, 6th disc array.
