Hulu on ipad2 does not resume

Hi all,
I'm using hulu plus in ipad2. If I pause my video and do something else....then come back to hulu...the video I paused is not there and I have to restart it from the beginning. After I pause it I use the multitasking option (double tap the home button) to go to another app...usually safari or scrabble. The video should remain paused until I come back to it.

Am I doing it wrong?

I've never tried that before, but that does seem to be the way it works. Bummer.
