I know how to make them on my iPhone, but when I make tha apps jiggle I can not drag one into another! I u derstand how it's supposed to work ... It just doesn't. Please help!

What iPad and version of IOS are you using. If you are on an old iPad1 with 3.2.1 or 3.2.2 still installed, you don't have folders support. Folders were introduced on IOS 4.2.1 on the iPad.
You can check the IOS version in "Settings > General > About".

Hope that helps.

Update the operating system ("iOS") on your iPad

Update your iOS?
You bet you can!
  • Plug your iPad into your computer
  • Open iTunes (if it doesn't open automatically)
  • In the window's navigation pane on the left, under "DEVICES," select your iPad
  • In the big part of the window, near the middle under "Version," select "Check for Update"
You should be able to figure it out from there. If not, maybe others in the forum will be able to guide you further.

Have fun.

Be prepared for a wait though.
First it will want to download the upgrade, then back up your iPad before installing.
So ensure you have at least an hour free for the upgrade.
Well worth it.

How to create floders on the Ipad2 iOS 4.3 so you can organize the apps?

Hold your finger on an icon until they start to wiggle. Then drag one icon ontop of another and a folder will be created... presto!

How do I change the title of the folder. Thanks

Hold the folder until it wiggles. Open it. Click on the title and change it... Apple makes it really simple :)
