I can't sign out of Icloud

I'm trying to sign out on my daughter's ipad so I can set up family sharing with my ipad.

When I try to sign out it doesn't recognise the password but when I try and reset the password it doesn't recognise the Apple id.

Has anyone got an idea what I can do?
