I cloud

I guys and gals I have recently updated the software on my PC, IPad and IPhone to the latest update and I am trying, not with much luck I might add to photo stream photographs through iCloud. I have read all the instructions on the apple help site, all the correct buttons are switched on both on my phone and iPad and I have also downloaded the iCloud manager ( or whatever it is known as ). I am able to receive apps and music to all my receivers via iCloud but I am still not able to photostream. Any help and advise would be gratefully appreciated.

Can you see the Photostream in the Photos app on the iPad?

Hold in mind there won't be anything until you actually take a picture, save a screen shot, or save a picture from another app.

As for the rest, well I don't have Windows so I'm not sure what program(s) photostream will work with. Someone else will have to handle that end of things.
