I need help With Jailbroken iPad (Keeps Crashing)

i jailbroken my ipad but everytime i select settings, it shut downs automaticly!
and everytime i use the search thingy, that thing becomes real small!

First, jy12088, I've moved your post off the end of a 7 month old post - you'll get more eyes on with a new post this way...

Now, to your problem. Unfortunately, we are going to need more information from you. What type of iPad do you have and what iOS version are you running? Did the problem just occur as you were jailbreaking it? If so, what jailbreak process/software were you using or following?

Or, has the iPad been jail broken for a while and this problem developed after you installed something from Cydia (or, maybe even the App Store)? If it's this, what was the tweak (or tweaks) that you downloaded. A lot of times, tweaks from Cydia are designed for the iPhone and don't work well on the iPad. Simply uninstalling them will cure the problem a surprisingly lot of times.


Oh, and what exactly is the "search thingy"? Is that Spotlight (the leftmost homescreen page)?
