I really need help!

I have had my Ipad for a couple of weeks now, but still have so many questions.

When I go to Itunes I can't figure out where to sign into my account. I go to www.itunes.com but, don't see a log in prompt. I have looked in top right and left corner and don't see anything...please, can someone tell me where to look.

If I want to "transfer" photos from my PC to my I pad how do I do it? These are picts that are my hard drive not on a camera.

Please explain what the I cloud is and how do I use it.

Finally, how do I get a manual for the I pad. I think someone mentioned that I can download it to my Ipad...but how?

Www.itunes.com is the website where you go to download the iTunes program for your Mac or PC. It is not the place where you log in to iTunes. Once you have downloaded the file and installed the program on your computer, that is where you log in. To transfer pics from your PC to your iPad, you have to set up the folder in the iTunes program on your PC and then sync your iPad with iTunes either over the air or by connecting to PC via USB cord.

I don't remember for sure, but I believe on a new iPad, the user manual is by default a bookmark in Safari. Look there.
