Ow do I start a playlist on my I pad?

To start a new playlist go to the music app, select playlists from the bottom options. You'll see a red + sign with New Playlist, tap that, then name it and your music should pop up, just add what tracks you would like and press Done when finished.

This is on IOS7.....hope it helps!
