Ibooks and pdf files.

Use iBooks a lot for storing PDF files, some downloaded from the Internet and some which arrive as email attachments. Usually this works really well. Sometimes, however, when I click "save in iBooks" iBooks opens normally. The PDF I am trying to store flashes up and then disappears without being saved on iBooks shelving.

Any ideas?
