ibooks pdf categorizing

hey ,

i've edited the categories of my pdfs on itunes and re synced my ipad, but ibooks wont recognise the different categories. i've re synced and turned it on and off can anyone help?

When you say that it won't recognise the different categories, do you mean that all your iBooks folders have disappeared and that all your PDFs are now in a single flat format?

No the pdfs are still all in their folders but it doesnt show up the categories like on the right hand side, some of them show up some of them dont ive tried resetting all their names etc nothing seems to work
