Every iBook I have downloaded has pages missing! It is so annoying to get to an end of a chapter and have it cut off. I emailed iTunes a couple of times and they were apologetic but I don't want a refund or an apology. I want it to work the first time!

I've had this problem, though rarely. I just delete the book and download it again. No need for a refund (unless it does it over and over).

Make sure you are on a good wi-fi connection before downloading books, especially large ones that contain lots of pictures (or textbooks, which can contain even more graphic intensive material).
