ICal time errors

I have just returned from os. Have readjusted the time and international settings under General but still when I put in a new item in the calendar I get the wrong time. Even when it is readjusted under Edit the time is always 9 hours behind. Pls help

Check to see if you've got TimeZone support on. It's under Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
