iCloud account to another iCloud Account?

Hi - Is there a way for me to upload photos to another person's iCloud account? I basically want to get photos over to her account so she can have them on her iPad2! Any ideas?

iCloud is basically one user with many different devices.
A quick way as well as a good app to have would be to download DropBox it is free, with I think 5Gig of storage, you can purchase more.
Place it first on your mac and or PC and set it up
Load the images into the Photo folder or any other folder you wish too
Add Drop box to your iPhone and or your iPad just for the sake of it
Have your friend get Dropbox as well on their Mac, or PC and iPad
Give your friend access to you account. He or she can then open the photos in drop on either their Mac / PC or iPad
