I'm trying to get my backed up settings and apps from ICloud from a previous iPad 2 to a newer one, but it doesn't work and wants me to setup as new, My previous iPad is on 6.1 and the newer one is on a older software 5.1 if that helps, Maybe it's the SW version that's the culprit but not sure.
