Icloud photo stream

I've set up my win 7 pc with iCloud and photo stream but my photos from iPad and iPhone don't appear on the pc. All connected on wifi.

Is it enabled in Settings - iCloud (on your iPad; there must be something similar on your iPhone)?

If you've already enabled Photo stream on both your devices and the computer, try this on your PC:

Sign out and then in again. (iCloud)
Delete iCloud on your PC and install it once more.

Make sure you have the latest version.

Only new photos will appear when using iCloud on new devices new,so if you had an old iPhone with pics on and then bought a new
Ipad only pics that you take next will then sync.
Make sure iCloud setting on both devices are turned on ie notes,pics,mail ect
