iFlat4 HD is one of the best looking themes for the iPad. There aren't too many good ones out there, in my experience, but this one seems to get it right. It creates a dark, yet cartoony, feel to your tablet. Stock icons as well as folders, iPod, and more are themed. Check out iFlat4 HD for iPad in Cydia for $1.50.
