It's good to hear from you. If you've owned an iPad for a while then I hope you'll help other Forum members and give them the benefit of your experience with the iPad. The iPad has opened up possibilities for users who have no previous experience whatsoever of computers, which is a wonderful testament to the iPad's appeal and potential. But it's inevitable that these users will experience difficulties and your experience would be invaluable to them. We all try and help each other.
