I'm new can someone help please?

I have an iPad 2 and have just updated to iOS 7. Before I could access my photos via a couple of Collage apps but now I can't change the tabs. To allow access. I go to Privace-Photos but the page is cloudy and won't change... Help please.

Hi Lyndyj - welcome to the forum! If not already done, please 'Reset' your iPad (directions below if not familiar w/ the maneuver) - let us know if this step helps; if not, then please post back here for further suggestions - good luck! Dave

Reset - press & hold the 'Power' and 'Home' buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears - this may take a longer time, so have patience; the iPad will 're-boot' - NOTE that none of these maneuvers will alter your apps, files, or settings.

I have reset as you suggested but the problem is still here!! I also tried to attach a screen shot but can't get access to my photos with this app as well grrrr.

Hi again - sorry that the reset did not resolve your problem - you might want to provide some more information: 1) Are you using the native Photo App of the iPad and/or another app? and 2) After your upgrade to iOS 7.0.2, are your other apps working fine? Just trying to determine whether your issue is w/ just one app or multiple ones. Dave

Wow thank you very much. I hadn't enabled restrictions but I disabled them and all fixed now.
