I'm unable to find the exact location where downloads are stored on an iPad mini.

Where do downloaded files go on an iPad mini? I downloaded a wallpaper from a website and I'm unable to find it anywhere.

Hi, welcome to iPF!

If you just chose the "Download" button on the website, you won't find it. To get files, pictures to your iPad, you'll have to either save it to Photos (Save Image) or open a file in an app (Open In...).

If you saved the wallpaper, using the "Save Image" feature, you'll find it in your Photos app.
