Hey guys,
I have a video here that I made and put up on YouTube that will give the solution to an import problem that the iPad Air has from time to time and I'm told it also affects the iPad 2. This is a real simple solution to a rather annoying problem should it arise. I know it works because it worked for me. P. S. Thanks to J.A. for your help.
