If you want some entertainment, call and ask your local library if they could do an Inter Library Loan of an ePub.
I cannot express to you the enjoyment I recieved from this request to my library.
The short answer is "no".
But the reason it's no, took me three weeks and two library's to uncover.
Basicly they don't know how they would be able to transfer an ePub...
