Sorry to hear that you had so many problems, you have at least posted in the correct place.
There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.
This may help you post a new thread, there are two options......
If you are using the app, touch forums button (bottom left of screen), navigate to the forum you want to post in and then touch the box with an arrow coming out of it (top right of screen)
On the website, touch the iPad forum button (top left), touch the forum that you want to post in then just above the top post and on the left you will see the purple New Thread button, touch that and you are good to go.
Remember, search is your friend.......and please don't forget to read the rules
