Introduction thread: hello all...will try to follow all rules

I am new to online forums, so thanks for your patience. Love my iPad2 and am bringing it with me on a trip to Italy and France. I plan on searching the forum for advice before I post any questions. Already have the PDF of the users guide,which is helpful but sometimes assumes more knowledge than I have. Looking forward to learning from you all. Thanks! Do I have to have a signature or is it automatic?
