Hi, Marylynne! Welcome to iPF!

I assume it's only the iPad that's not connecting, all other devices don't have problems?

There are a few things you can try:
Go to Settings - Wi-Fi, turn it off and on again.
Restart your iPad: turn off your iPad,mturn it on again.
Turn off the router, turn it on again.
In Settings - Wi-Fi, tap the Wi-Fi connection and choose "Forget this Network". Join the network again. You may need to enter the password once more.
Make sure your iPad is up to date. The latest software is 7.0.4. You can find it in Settings - General - About.

One more thing you could do: reset network settings in Settings - General - Reset. You'll have to set up Wi-Fi again afterwards.

Hope that helps.

I disabled restrictions n itunes n App Store still grey n telling me unable to download I think I'm broke can I take it to the mall of Georgia store
Is it possible that you accidentally switched to another country's AppStore, possibly when following an AppStore link. Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store and tap on your Apple ID, choose sign out on the pop up menu. Once signed out, repeat the procedure, this time choosing sign in. If you were in the wrong iTunes and App Store, this should move you back to the proper store. After doing this, see if you are able to download. Let us know if this works.

Another possibility: reset your iPad. Press and hold Home and power button until the Apple logo appears. Release both and let the iPad power up.

Hi Leon, great that it worked out for you. I had some problems off and on with Safari yesterday, but it seems to be all good today. (Australian time). Maybe the servers over there went out for lunch or something;) but I wouldn't worry too much now and work on the adage that if it aint broke don't fix it.

Hi Leon and welcome to the Forum!

Glad your issue sorted itself out eventually. I too have had a few snags connecting to Safari the last couple of weeks but it does always seem to correct itself. I myself thought it may have been internet related. Let us know if it should happen again though.
