iOS 5.1, Safari icon gone?

Hi Guys.
I have just upgraded my iPad1 with iOS 5.1.
I really miss the Safari icon which when pressed shows all open websites ( up to 9). I don't like the new tab style.
Is it just me or is it gone?

Hi Klaus and welcome to the Forum!

Yes it's gone and quite a few members are a tad upset about it too, but then some were upset with the old safari and wanted tabbed browsing. This changed with the introduction of IOS 5. Hopefully a developer will come up with a browser just like that again.
