I does anyone know if cloud is up and running for sure now cause the icloud symbol on apps store is on now

Most iCloud services are still in beta, but running yes.

I don't know about most, but most of the iTunes, iBooks, and App Store related ones seem to be online in the beta counties. There should be plenty of other features to look forward to when it comes out for real.

Of course, developers have a leg up on us, and might not remember what all we poor peons are still waiting for.
