How can I upgrade ios on ipad1

Hi there!

What current version are you running now? If you go to your settings/general/bout/version ...it will tell you.

If you are running ios 5, you can do the update over the air without connecting directly to iTunes. Otherwise, you will need to do a direct connection of your USB connector to your PC.
