ipad 1 32gig version 4.3.3 8j3 showing as version but want to restore

i think i know the answer im stuck i have used tu today to get my blobs i jailbroke my ipad when i got it a few months back and from cydia said i got 4.3.5 5.0.1 and 5.1b1 saves and the latest from apple but have the fave 4.3.3 fireware at moment but need to wipe the ipad as i have been trying for weeks to remove all the items from the last user signed out from itunes but still have there purchases list and some settings if i go on amason it signs in to there account i know that i can restore using 4.3.5 but would like from looking about to keep the 4.3.3 if possable

is there any way of just taking off there info with out doing a restore complete

is there much differance between 4.3.3 and 4.3.5 if ihave to restore

thanks for any help in advance i have tryed and think i am stuck with restore to 4.3.5 but just asking just to make sure (yes would it not be great to have had the ipad before and saved all blobs before but only bought it after there upgrade to ipad 2)they said i could just keep there data on there as we have been mates for years and they are not worried about there stuff with me but i feel i would like to remove there stuff just for my piece of mind

Since you have an iPad1, you can use iFaith to extract your 4.3.3 blobs from your current installation and save them. You can also use iFaith to then create a pre-signed firmware if you download the stock 4.3.3 firmware for your device from here - http://www.ipadforums.net/ipad-hacking/24939-official-apple-ios-firmware-download-links-ipad.html

iFaith will combine your extracted blobs with the stock firmware to create a custom firmware file which can be installed without iTunes needing to talk to Apple servers.

thanks for the help is it easy to use and will this save a blob for next time ?

i have noted that 5.0.1 has been hacked is this better to upgrade now
