Hi you must forgive mei am not very technical and I joined your forum for some guidance I picked my iPad up after just using only io discover it had a thick black line and a number of blue green and purple lines across screen I typed problem into google and your forum came up with a number of users with same problem all said same they had not dropped or had any ipact now I can't afford new modell every time one comes out as much as like too I only use it for looking at classic cars on eBay having said that my son has 4s & note book daughter has4s never had any problems with apple staff took iPad to store in metro centre uk to be told my staff member it's had impact bearing in mind she was just giving apointments not tech staff I told her as u can see it is in immaculate condition and i guard it opssesively I told her that a large number of people on your site had same problem and none had suffered any impact I said seems to me there is some sort of problem to which she replied you must of had your use out of it if you have had it 2yrs I said surely it shouid last longer or is that apples game so you have to buy new one so long & short iwould like to complain too apple I have too store manager who said she had no right to imply impact and it should last for ever( I know) so any advice and adress for complaints greatly received as I have just been fobbed off many thanks from a distressed user Tesmins
